Depending on the size of the proposed development, approval from Sewerage Commission Oroville Region (SC-OR) may be required, including either a Pre-Annexation Agreement, if the property is outside the District boundaries or a Capacity Agreement, if the project is 20 EDU’s or greater and is inside the District boundaries.
