Office Hours Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00
p.m., Monday - Friday. During non-business hours, calls to the LOAPUD main number (530)533-2000 are answered by a 24-hour
answering service. Emergency calls are dispatched immediately 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Board
Meetings District Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. District
